Dave is a native of Mt. Airy and graduated from South Carroll High School. He is also a U.S. Army vet.
Dave has been married for 22 years to his wife Shelly and has 4 children. He enjoys building bird houses and model trains.
Dave has been with CPI for 6 years and likes the challenges that come with his job, as well as meeting new people.

Kathy Balderson
Administrative Generator Specialist
Kathy joined our team in 2014 and most likely will be the friendly voice on the end of the phone when you call our office. Kathy has years of experience managing service fleets and scheduling work to be performed in the field. She is here to assist customers in any way she can and to make your experience with Critical Power, Inc. a positive and trouble free experience. If you have a question about your generators do not hesitate to give Kathy a call and she will do her best to get you the answers you need.
Kathy is active in the Mount Airy community and frequently attends the Greater Mt Airy BNI Group as well as other networking groups. She has served as the Vice President of the Mt Airy Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary and is a member on the Mt Airy Recycling and Sanitation Commission.
